How do I know that the product is on stock?
All the products in the online shop are on stock (unless specifically indicated).
If I order today, when I receive the package?
If you place an order until 12 a.m., you will receive the products immediately the next day, except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, when the goods are dispatched immediately on the following working day. When you choose payment of the pro-forma invoice, your goods will be forwarded to the post office on the same day we receive your payment. If the post office is closed, your goods will be forwarded to the post office on the following working day.
What are the prices for postage?
Shipping costs on the territory of Republic of Slovenia will be charged at current rates of Post of Slovenia d.o.o. or service provider GLS – GENERAL LOGISTICS SYSTEMS, logistical services, d.o.o. (VAT included) for any order. Prices of goods in online store do not include the cost of shipping.
If the purchase value exceeds € 50 shipping cost is included in in the price except for Rok mailbox where delivery costs are charged separately at current rates of Post of Slovenia d.o.o. (VAT included)!
Shipping costs outside of Republic of Slovenia are charged according to the price list for the rest of the world according to the Post of Slovenia d.o.o. or service provider GLS – GENERAL LOGISTICS SYSTEMS, logistical services, d.o.o. (VAT included).
How do I pay and how can I picked up the goods?
PERSONAL PICK UP – By prior arrangement at the company’s address at Vrhovci, c.XI / 2 (Ljubljana -Vrhovci – nearby Lesnina shop). You can pay by cash, credit card (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, V Pay or Apple Pay) or three (3) working days in advance with a pro-forma invoice. The advantage of picking up the goods at the company’s address is that you can see the products live. Reservation of products for the personal pick up is limited to three (3) days.
PAYMENT IN ADVANCE – The value of the ordered good is required to be settled within three working (3) days to our company’s bank account stated on the pro-forma invoice which you receive to your e-mail address after placing the order. The ordered products are sent the same day until 2 p.m. upon receipt of payment.
PAYPAL – The value of the ordered good is payable on our website when placing the order.
PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT - user pays the amount and value of the product in cash to the staff of Post of Slovenia d.d. cash upon delivery / receipt of the products. When receiving the goods from Post of Slovenia d.d. or service provider GLS – GENERAL LOGISTICS SYSTEMS, logistical services, d.o.o., which is a contractual delivery service of the provider.

Can I return products I ordered, if they don't suit me?
Of course, buying with us is 100% secure purchase. Products can be returned within 14 days along with an invoice; they have to be undamaged and in its original packaging, sent to the following address: Hiškarija, Zala Pavšek, s.p., Vrhovci, c.XI / 2, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Refund does not apply to the purchase of custom-made products.
ENFORCEMENT OF CONSUMER RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL: The consumer (Article 43c after ZVPot) has the right, without giving any reason, to terminate within 14 days from this contract. The termination period will expire after 14 days from the date on which the consumer (or a third party on behalf of and named by consumer for this purpose, but other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of termination, the consumer has to inform the company Hiškarija, online shop and design, Zala Pavšek s.p. Vrhovci, c. XI/2, 1000 Ljubljana; email@example.com, with an unambiguous statement of its decision to terminate this contract (by registered letter sent by post or e-mail). To take the deadline for termination from the contract into account, it is sufficient that a notice concerning the exercise of the consumer’s right of termination is sent before the deadline for the termination of this contract. Consequences of termination: if the consumer terminates this contract provider shall, promptly and without unreasonable delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of termination from this contract, reimburse all payments received, including delivery cost (excluding additional costs resulting from the choice of type of delivery other than the least expensive form of standard delivery offered by the provider). Such reimbursement will be carried out by the same payment method as was used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, because of this termination consumer does not bear any costs. The provider may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods back, or the consumer does not send the evidence that he sent back the goods, depending on which event occurs first. The consumer shall send back the goods or hand them over to the address Vrhovci, c XI/2, 1000 Ljubljana, without unreasonable delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the consumer has informed the company of termination. The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.

I recieved wrong or damaged product. What now?
Upon receipt of a damaged, defective or wrong product, the user must immediately / as soon as possible inform in writing the provider of the product to the company address HIŠKARIJA, Zala Pavšek s.p. Vrhovci, c XI/2, 1000 Ljubljana or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Provider is obliged to replace such product or return the money to the user as soon as possible. The cost of claims and shipping pays provider.

Can I reedem the voucher?
Gift voucher can be redeemed when purchasing online www.hiskarija.si where the voucher’s code, stated on the voucher, is entered in the field for comments. Substitution of the gift voucher for cash is not possible. Gift certificate is redeemable only in the full amount. In the event that the value of the purchase is higher than the value of the gift certificate, the holder of the gift voucher has to pay for the exceeding amount. The purchase value must be equal to or greater than the value of the gift voucher. Gift voucher is redeemable also at the company’s headquarters (Vrhovci, c.XI/2 in Ljubljana- nearby Lesnina shop). Gift Certificate is valid for 6 months.
Do I need to maintain the products?
When ordering a product (e.g. Rič Hopskotch, ...), you will receive maintenance instructions if necessary.
In order to maintain the Rok Mailbox, we attach some general instructions when handling powder coated products:
For the production of the Rok mailbox we have used powder-coloured galvanized sheet, resistant to weather, UV radiation, mechanical and chemical impacts and does not contain solvents or other toxic substances that would endanger the environment and the health of the user.
The surface of the Rok mailbox is, in addition to various weather effects, exposed also to solid particles in the atmosphere, industrial gas and smoke which adhere to its surface. In spite of the exceptional properties of powder dyeing they remain on the surface it if you do not clean it regularly.
Because of the features listed above maintaining Rok mailbox is quick and easy.
If you want to keep the surface of the Rok mailbox unchanged we recommend a monthly cleaning (or immediately after a significant pollution from the atmosphere) with clean water up to 25° C and a clean soft cloth or sponge (which does not damage the surface). If necessary you can also add a small amount of mild, neutral cleansing agent (PH value between 5 and 8, such as a dishwashing agent).
At the end of cleaning rinse the Rok mailbox with water and wipe it dry with a soft cloth or a sponge (which does not damage the surface).
In case of stubborn dirt and greasy stains we recommend using cleaning gasoline or isopropyl alcohol (IPA) which must be rinsed with water, otherwise it will damage the surface of the Rok mailbox. Furthermore, after cleaning is finished, Rok mailbox must be wiped dry with a clean dry cloth or a sponge (which does not damage the surface).
Acids and alkaline cleaning agents containing organic solvents damage the surface of Rok mailbox and are not suitable for cleaning. Do not use tools that scratch the surface (e.g. polishing agents). Damages of the Rok mailbox as a result of application of these agents are not a subject of a complaint.
Before the cleaning apply the cleaning agent on the hidden part of the Rok mailbox and make sure that it does not damage the surface!
